Hey guys i'm a newbie. But I put in an order for a new 2010 mustang gt. can't wait to get it. Currently in Kosovo with Military.

Congrats on getting a 2010! Personally I'm not a fan of the new back and front end. However the V6 Pony Package is growing on me. The interior definitely looks better though.

I like it. The hood and front and interirior i like a lot. The back is alright. Our car its better now doubt. This one was the one. But i dolike that new one.

Could that guy drive any worse in a turn.

TY. I put in a order for the 09 but they were stopping production and startin on the 2010. So i am getting the 2010 for 09 price. So i am saving some money.

nice doss. you should also get any discounts and rebates that come up for the 2009 if that's the case. maybe not, but that's how it worked for me when i ordered my 07. i ordered it around the middle of my tour and at first i was only getting about 1200 in rebates. by the time i picked it up all the rebates had added up to like 2500 or something. they add every one that is offered from when you order till you pick it up. at least that's how they did it for me.

yes you are right thats how it is working out. i'm so excited. i wanted the 09 but they are offering the 2010. b/c of the production being started. I could pass up that deal. I had 4K in rebates right now. So if rebates increase i too get the increase even though it's on the 2010 model. Pick-up date is some time in April just about the time i get home.

I am still confused as to how anyone thought that rear end looked good enough to go to production.

At first I couldn't get over the angles of the taillights and top of the rear bumper, but now it's the rediculous bulge at the base and the weird slope up to the decklid that drives me nuts.

the rear sucks hands down but I think the front end the hood and the suspension is better. But It would be nice if they put some chrome molly lca's stock.

yeah it was pretty bad. But i wonder what gears it has in the rearend? Also wether it was a auto or a manual?

Standard GT's still come with 3.31's and the "track pack" gt's come with 3.73's.

When the first pics started coming out I couldn't get over how ugly I thought it was, but i have to admit, it's really starting to grow on me. (however the termi is still the best looking mustang IMHO

i agree, it looks alot better, also it looks like the changes they did to it are from the Giugiaro mustang. such as the front and a bit in the rear end.
