I think the bottom wasn't connected so he drove through and pushed it up. After he went through it went right back to where it was.

yeah if its a cheap fence that wasnt tight he could of drove right through it and it would of just dragged over his car. someone put their front end through my mothers chain link fence, and before they had it fixed you could life the whole thing up a few sections on either side of where it got hit...
