1st offense DWI on Oct 23,08. I quit drinking all together b/c it's not worth the trouble. Unfortunately I can't even be the designated driver for my friends... since I can't drive.

not looking for sympathy. I know what I did was stupid (even though the cop had no probable in the 1st place) and I've learned from my mistake. It just sucks that I can't be the designated driver for others.
