I went to the track last night after not driving my car for months and not going to the track since January, this was a new track to me, so needless to say I was way off my mark! A friend told me about how sticky the track is, blah blah blah. So I line up, rev it to 4000 and let it rip, blew the tires off (2.0 60', my previous best on Nittos was a 1.60, so you can imagine I wasn't happy)and broke my gas pedal! That run was a 13.0 @ 110mph. I borrowed some electrical tape and taped the pedal back on. I had to take it easy on the rest of the runs b/c I didn't want to drive the 2 hr. ride home without a gas pedal! The next one I launch it soft and went a 12.8 @ 110mph(.4 off my previous best). I attempted to spray and annihilated the tires again with a 2.0, ran a 12.26 @ 119.68 (the window switch was set to 6400 and the spray cut off before the traps, this could have been my best run if not for that!). My mph was off but ET was way off of where it should be. Followed it with:
(I raised the window switch to 6800 but never trapped higher than my 1st N2O run)

it's late and I'm tired. I'll make a video and post it up tomorrow. I didn't get all the runs recorded (b/c my camera man was also racing) but I have all the slips (albeit nothing to brag about).
The DA was just over 2000'

yeah the left lane was reserved for the "race cars" and was prepped. I ended up sneaking into the left lane for my last 2 passes. The 1st was my 11.8, the car actually bogged b/c I didn't think Iit was going to prepped so well. The last one I launched more aggressive and spun. But yeah the left lane pretty much won all night.
