This is a video of last year at Beaver Springs dragway. This was my second fastest pass of the day, but not nearly good enough to keep up with the 5.0 GT.

my car has some traction issues, notice it chirping in every gear (trust me, not bragging) and this year at the strip with the gutted interior, it'll spin for atleast the first 60ft. I knocked .3 seconds off and gained 2 mph and still ran the same 60ft and not far off on the 1/8th mile

Put the car on a DR and you will not have any problems.

better tires, and better suspension.

those cars will snap a axle with DR. i had a svt contour that ran 14.8's

There is actually a technique that works that wont break them. I actually launch at 5,000 RPM. just make sure you load the drive axles before you launch. Chances of breaking them are slim then, unless you have some serious power. and 14.8 isnt bad. the fastest time yet is a 13.2 with a 3.0 turbo making over 400 hp. he says he cant hook up.
