427 on an engine test stand


Thought I'd share, took this video yesterday.

427 out of a 1967 Corvette. Engine test stand was built from scrap metal we had around. Engine idle starts about 30 seconds in. No that is not me in the video revving the engine. Enjoy

Not an L88. It's an L71 427/435HP. Cam wasn't original and the valve springs were wrong, but it's back to the original specs now.
