If you look on the right side of the video there isn't a fence link at all. The police just stopped in front of the part with the link( They probably gave up and said fuck it )

Yes, there was. he just stopped at an angle so people are guessing there isn't a link there at all you can see it when he turns towards the fence right at the beginning. Also there would be movement from the fence from a car moving at that speed, or paint on the fence, or something. I'm not saying it's true, but I'm not saying it's fake there is no evidence to prove either.
