well some rich guy around here built a little dragstrip in his backyard haha..its a 1/8th mile track..no lights, no times etc..just old school racing with the hand drops and car lengths head starts..i went out there messing around.. i raced some impalla SS that had some work done to it, a regal that had a 383 stroker, this 5.0, a few other cars.. the only real close race i had was vs a old s10 with a small block chevy in it..he trailered the car in, had the 5 gallon fuel cell in the bed of the truck etc.. i gave him two car length head start (he had traction issues) from what he said..i wasnt hooking very good either but o well..anyways i beat him..he came back and started asking for slicks..found some slicks and we raced for 150 bucks..it was real close but i won..he came back cuz all his friends bet money on him he said he wont..so we sent people to the finish line and lined up again..long story short i beat him by a 1ft 1/2- 2 ft...it was a fun night..heres the only vid someone took with a camera phone vs the 5.0
