I was just messing around with BWAL, but you seem to be taking this the wrong way. So I'll enlighten you on the use of "exact wording."

"threatening, sexually-oriented"

Notice the comma between 'threatening' and 'sexually-oriented'

According to the agreement, it doesn't matter if the 'sexually-oriented' term was offensive or not, it's still a violation. Just the fact that you have to point out her sexuality is offensive enough, whether she accepts/likes it or not.

I'm not trying to start a fight, so leave it at that. It's over. I was messing around, so please, know what you're talking about before you open your mouth.
