how the heck does he shift so fast? I don't get it... The more I rev my cobra the harder it is to get shifted (short shiftkit though)

ppl argue that the nitrous made him won...that cobra had that much hp with nitrous

i hate to say it, but this is the first video ive seen a supra loose vs a mustang

if you look on streetfire its all supras beating stangs...yea its sad but heres a video to help

Yeah I know whatcha mean. Those are some amazing platforms to get 1000 hp out of, I'll give'm that.

When I lived close to the Sonoma raceway in Cali I went to a few import shows hosted there (god bless ricers - they sure know how to bring nice looking women to their shows, !!! - yeah I'll admit I used to be apart of the import scene w/my probe, and was always the odd man out with it) and every night, once dyno challenge rolled around, some Supra always took home the trophy. They're pretty fun to watch on the drift courses too.

Dude those inline 6's are not somethin to mess with. That is a valid point. Supras are v6 engines putting down massive numbers even if it is turbo'd it doesnt matter. The supra is what got me into cars to begin with. I love them. One of the few imports I would own and drive. I will drive anything, but to say that I would own one is something. Twin turbo, inline 6, 6 speed manual. You do the right stuff, and you got a car that can't be touched.

I agree 100%... I'd own one proudly, but not a riced out one like you see sometimes. Have you seen the new model about to be released by Toyota? I think it's a 2008 or 2009.. looks great. I love my mustang to death don't get me wrong, I just regard supras as the japanese stang. RWD, crazy fast, looks to match. Yup. Definitely untouchable when done right.
