Buick vs Ford Shootout

Here is a vid of my qualifying run at the Buick vs Ford shootout. Steven was there as well but had some technical issues.

Thanks for the props.

Man those are some great runs! And really good MPH too. Good job holding it down for us Ford owners over those bRuiks. I gotta get to a track here before the season ends or I'm going to go nuts! What kind of '60 times were you getting on those runs?

Nothing earth shattering, my best was a 1.70 on the qualifying run. The finals race was a 1.785 short time. I spun them a bit with 17 psi and should have dropped down to around 14 psi. I am going to try to get to TRP which is a couple hundred feet lower and usually nets .10-.20 better times. BTW, my DA corrected time for the finals run was a 12.29 @ 112. Not too bad for a bolt-on NA Mach.

The track at Ennis is probably open year round or will only be closed for a few weeks in January. You should be able to get your fill of the track in the DFW area. You need to come up here sometime.

I know I had to back out on the Buick vs. Ford shootout, but I'll make it up there someday. I've got a lot of work to do before I come up to your neck of the woods. I can't be letting an Orange Mach out run me!
