72 is right, No matter how you hold that bore your body is not trained to handle the sudden jerk reaction from a weapon that size so unless your a 300lbs man you will get jerked!

Also the 3rd shooter *habib* in this video and last 2 shooters appears to be somewhat trained I can tell by his stance, spacing, and placement and they also were the only ones 2 keep both hands on the weapon!
