just a swap, like swapping stock exhaust for aftermarket. many people see it as a bolt on. i tell people im just a bolt on cobra, with a touch of motor work.

theres a guy in town who calls his fobra a "bolt on" car. and the only mods he made to his 95 GT was cobra hood, cobra bumper, cobra emblems, and cobra rims. but the GT rear bumper remains... so Im assuming that since he thinks that his car is a modded bolt on car he must think since he "bolted" on his rims that that makes it a minor bolt on car...

The cobra is probably just modded like yall said and the guy in the z06 did seem clueless

But the cobra is pretty sick

Okay, first off this isn't some Camaro guy coming in because he's all butt hurt his beloved Z06 got beat. This is just me pointing out a few things.

Number one: What the fuck is a "chip"? There is no "chip" for LSX powered vehicles.

Number two: His buddy had to explain to him about the three honk thing and the guys response..."huh?"....this tells me the driver of the Z06 has no idea what was going on. He asked the guy what that whining noise was! What the fuck was that all about?!?!

Number three: 512 RWHP from bolt-ons only? That has got to be some sort of record. Even if you consider a pully swap a bolt-on I have never heard of one breaking past 500 RWHP.

Number four: I will admit that the Cobra was the faster car. I'm not some blind nuthanger, douche that is so loyal blah blah blah. But come on, that Cobra put BUSLENGTHS on that Z06. A C5 Z06 with a full exhaust and basic bolt-ons is a high 11 second car easily.

The point I'm trying to make is that a lot of things in this video do not add up.

pulley swap
exhasut
intake
tune
gears
throttle body
headers
and full exhaust
is ALL considered bolt ons

500rwhp has been done plenty times on it

in the world of termi's
a whipple and Kenne bell swap is just a bolt on swap
wether its considered bolt on...who knows
i would since its simple
if that was a KB or whipple it'd be much more power then what was said

true, but upgrading a poweradder is not considered a "bolt on"

really if we used the TERM bolt on intakes and heads can be BOLT ONS
really MANY parts
IMO an underdrive pulley isnt a bolt on
it requires a puller
which isnt a basic hand tool

i like the last race where he goes through first running it out at like half throttle, then shifts early to second , early to third then eases into the gas and pulls away like its nothing.

and why is it the last two races no SC whine? but in the first one it was screaming its azz off? almost every termi video ive seen on youtube u can hear the whine from any angle. in the first race i heard the exhaust just as clear as the whine.

but btw.. seems like a piece of crap vette to get beat that bad. looks like bone stock vette vs full bolt on termi or maybe hes spraying haha

i consider a bolt on to be an aftermarket part that bolts/ or screws on in some form. i dont think the term bolt on actually refers to a BOLT
