You can easily talk your way out of a tickit, but it usually entails not talking. Answer questions when he asks them, do everything he says, be honest, and more often than not, he'll let you go (I have 1 tickit, been pulled over a half a dozen times) And the only reason I have the one tickit is cause I was snooty, and was on my way to the hospital, and told him to make it quick. He made it quick, with tickit in hand =p

I got pulled over a few months ago for making an Illegal u Turn.

I didnt argue.. I didnt cry.. I said "sorry officer , I didn't see the sign, the sun was in my eyes, "

He told me because I didnt argue or cry.. he was just gonna give me a warning.
