I probably shouldn't advertise that info in public...don't want to attract a bunch of spectators that'll get their asses run over because they don't know what the hell is going on.

It really doesn't get any better than this...

It is an industrial park 5 lanes wide
Businesses are closed on the weekend
Virtually no traffic when they race
Invite only
Hardly any spectators
The pavement is prepped for traction
Daytime races for best visibility
Races start from a dig and end up at around 130ish mph instead of from a roll and running up to 170+ with traffic.

I guess there's always going to be complaints with street racing though.

like i said, im all for racing out there, we do it all the time, but going in the opposite lane just seems............ not smart. i mean there was a point in that vid where a tractor came by, i know they are easy to see and all, but shit happens. we race in an industrial area, where the street is 2 lanes wide, and no side streets and only one way to get there. we only race 1/8th mile, and most of our cars are very fast, several 8 sec rides. its funny our street hooks better than the local track does

+1000

where we race at is on an expressway, at night its really not so busy but if there is traffic we put road blocks up to stop traffic while we get a run in, an then leave to a different spot off in the middle of nowhere which is 3 lanes an nothing goes on down there except a railroad yard
