its a lot of measuring and measuring then cut and test fit, and repeat until correct fit is found.

I pulled the one out that i made because i want to make one out of carbon fiber and im going to do a write up on how i did it when i finish and i can take measurements but there is no gaurantee it would fit your car because our cars might be a little different and its a pretty tight fit, but you may not like it because the "bottom" is raised up high enough so i can put a nitrous bottle under it.

Carbon fiber is a good idea, but where would you buy carbon fiber, or would you have to heat treat it to actually physically make the carbon fiber.

the hard part is that if u havent already noticed the sides of the panels are not straight so it makes for a challenge to get the curves right.

you could always test fit with cardboard first then you can get the curves perfect then transfer over to light wieght balsa wood or 1/4in ply. worth a shot. im gonna make my own but not until summer. just too cold out. 9degrees.
