because its not OEM ford. its an aftermarket knock off bumper. probably molded from a true Ford front, so it MIGHT have fitment issues and imperfections.
personally, i got my cobra front from Steve@svtperformance.com. he does wholesale for ford and ships anywhere. great guy to deal with and got my whole front end from him and its OEM Ford
