need some Tips on how to fill holes left by spoiler

anyone have any DIY tips on how to fill the holes left on the trunk by the oem spoiler? I dont like the look of the spoiler and want to take it off but I dont want the holes either. just wondering what a solution to this would be......short of taking it to a body shop.
