Rear Seat delete template and bolting

After I complete my interior painting I plan to make a rear seat delete. I have a few questions that maybe someone can shed some light on;

One, The template. It's a long shot, but does anyone have one they might want to sell or get rid of? Would save me so much time Lol.

From looking at pics and just pondering the idea, this is how I think it would bolt down....

The bottom portion could bolt down using the two bolts in the very center that were used for the rear seat bracket. The top portion could bolt to the tops and sides of car body through the metal pieces that it would be covering, and to make it flush with the bottom portion I could use hinges on the back side to attach the two pieces. This would also make the top half fold down.

Sound like the right idea? If anyone has done this before and has some advice on making these pieces it would be of much help. I just cant seem to pinpoint how I'm gonna make the top piece flush with the bottom.

let me know what you want. I can cut it out and ship it to you with or without the carpet on it.

mounting is easy with mine. 03-04 have two bolts that hold the seat bracket on the bottom, mine is just mounted using those. the top is mounted using the two screw at the too of the seat bracket.

let me know what you want and i will do it.

See, the thing is I am trying to save money since I have so many projects goin atm. If possible I want to build one myself. Just unsure about the back piece being flush and how far back to make the bottom.

Basicly, I know how to build it I am just worried about making the board the right size/depth. Just gonna have to get in there and make some templates and see how it fits I suppose. I have a piece of wood to do it with.
