use a soapy water mix and use a good amount and a hair drier helps to mold it. just take your time it took me about 45 min but i have done a lot of vinyl graphic's before. it's a easy install.

It was not hard, however it was no easy also. I made it harder on myself by doing it during the middle of winter outside so the adhesive was not as strong as it could of been.
  1. Clean area throughly with something like Dawn
  2. Dry completly
  3. Spray one section at a time with a soapy water solution (small ammount of Dawn and alot of water)
  4. Apply vinyl to said area working in one direction
  5. Use your hands to smooth it out
  6. Use a object such as a credit card or squege to push out any air bubbles that may form
  7. TAKE YOUR TIME

Thats a quick and dirty how to... most important step is the TAKE YOUR TIME part.

It has a large cut out area for the plastic screw holes of the tag. It also has a cut out for the Ford Oval.
