painted wheels changed to polished aluminum
I have the silver painted pony wheels, my question is has any one tried stripping the paint off and polishing the alluminum??

You have to have them professionally stripped and Powder coated to get it right
I have the same Pony rims........i have an unlce that owns the Best Mustang restoration shop in Ny.....He said he could have it done for me, but i haven't got the money for it right now |

i dont want the powder coat chrome i want te real aluminum polished. i've polished alot of the aluminum parts of my car and i have the tools to do it i'm just wondering about the quality of the aluminum under it
If i just go and do one I'll take pictures and post them

I'm lookin to polish parts myself as well.....starting with the intake manifold......what's the best way to get it done??
