I'm pretty sure it's just a decal and you can take it off with a little heat. I like the rocker stripe though...

theres several ways of doing it

you can do the heat thing which a blow dryer or heat gun and heat it up then slowly peel it back
or you can do the lubricant and peel way with something like wd40 and a razor blade to take em off

then ur gonna need to clean the area to get all the sticky stuff off.

yea if you can do it that way its prolly the best way. the razor blade and wd40 works good for small decals like dealer stickers, etc. for somethin that big its prolly better to use the heat

Okay I just don't like the white car with a tan stipe down the bottom, you just can't do much other things to the outside of the car with tan

heat would be the best in my opinion. I've always done it with rubbing alcohol/gas/wd40 a razor blade and a really sore arm afterwards.

Just do a google search on "Mustang Rocker Stripe" you will find a million of places selling them. I heard they are a little tough to put on though.

Deffinitly use the heat method for taking the vinyl off, it is the easiest way to go about it.

The rocker stripes really arent that difficult to do if you take your time.
First get the rockers nice and clean, and then clean them again with some rubbing alcohol to make sure all the wax, grease, etc... is off the paint surface. Then take your stripe and hold it on the rocker where you want(with the backing still on the sticker) and place a 3/4" piece off tape on the front edge, the back edge, and in the middle. It is easier with a second set of hands to do that. Now take a razor blade and cut the tape right where the sticker ends and the paint begins. This way when you go to place the stripe on for the final time you have exact reference marks to go by and you can make sure it is where you want it when you stick it down.

Now that you have your tape marks on the car and the stripes, get you a spray bottle and fill it full of water with about 7 or 8 drops of dawn dishsoap mixed in with it(the soap helps the vynil slide around better than water alone).

Now your ready to put the stripe on. Wipe the back of the vinyl backing off with a lint free cloth to make sure there is now dirt on the paper, and put it back on the rocker, with the backing still in place, and tape it into posision. Now get another piece of tape and place it in the middle of the stripe and bring one end off the car, like a hinge.

Now you have one side free from the car, and youre going to want to carefully peel the backing off the vinyl and take a razor and cut the backing when you are close to your "tape hinge". Agian if your not used to doing it a second set of hands is hery helpful at this stage.
Now while still holding the lifted section off the car spray the rocker and the back of the vinyl, the adhesive side, with your soapy water. Dont drench them, just enough to get them wet. Now take the stripe and "rehinge" it back into position, lining your original tape marks back up. This is where the water comes in handy. You can slide the vynil around on the rocker as long as it is still wet to make sure it is where you want it. Now take a nice clean viynl squeege and working from the center(where the hinge tape is) out, squeege the water out. Dont get in a rush with the squeege, just take your time and watch what your doing and you will not have any airbubbles when your finished.

Then after that repeat the same process for the pther half of the stripe. After you have all the water squeeged out and have let it sit an extra couple of hours to make sure it is dry, pull the transfer paper that is still on the front of the vinyl off. Then make your cuts at the door seams with a new razor blade and your finished.
