I think I could get some from a hardware store, paint it black (hope it does not chip), cut it larger than the opening and use some form of liquid nails on the underside... Like hold it there are completely submerse the mesh in the liquid nails and hold it tight aginst the bumper for about 5m... Think that would hold and stay there? I dont want any screw/bolt heads showing through.

My opinion is to get the mach 1 grill delete its the cleanest and nicest looking one imo, also its a biased opinion but heres mine...oh and i hate all billet grills just look hideous...

Your idea of using an epoxy of some sort is the way to go, that is how i would of done it on my car if it wasnt already on there like it is when i got it

imo it is 100000x cleaner looking than the billet one... (sorry bad pic, but you get the idea)

you could always custom some mesh of some sort inside the grill close to the radiator that way u wouldnt see it but have some protection. just to be on the safe side and go with both pieces flat black.

Everyone seems to be a fan of the deleted grill. I don't blame em lol if I had a new edge I'd do it for sure. It looks sexay
