yeah im going to do the 3rd light today.

its this
New VHT NITE SHADES Taillight Coating Translucent Black:eBay Motors (item 190318162544 end time Jul-29-09 21:20:00 PDT)

and a can of duplicolor clear from shucks.

3-4light coats of night shade
3 good coats of clear
and then buff

they have the nite shade here in town but they want 30$ for the can so i got it on ebay. i saw another auction had nite shade and clear as a package deal.

yeah they def are not perfect people kept walking through the garage sturring up dust and crap while the paint was wet...but they look good enough

Man I used clear coat tinted with black paint. Matches the car. If the time ever comes for others to consider

ive used that nite shades stuff and it works very well...i like using it because its not too shiny in the end...

Well, the NiteShades itself is not suppose to be shiny. Its the Clear Coat that makes it shiny and reflective.

it seems so, i havent gotten it outside because my fuel pump is on its way out and i dont want to risk drivin it. but they are bright. im going to order LED bulbs soon to make them even brighter

Just my opinion, but here in S. Florida, cops have gone ticket crazy with tinted tails... EVERY car with tinted tails is getting busted and a $100. ticket. Not worth it in my opinion.
