i dont like the paper clip style just for the fact that one day your bound to scratch the hood with them so id go for the torison clips instead just my .02

Thats what the scuff plate is for. you will scratch the hood with either one really

The torison clips were to big. I drilled out the hole on the pins and now the torison clips slides all over the place. It will not come out, but it moves freely back and forth.

LOL... dude

should have stayed with the baby daiper clips!


the only thing i want to change are the scuff plates. I dont like the look of these paper thin scuff plates. on my mach i have hood pins too, but the scuff plates are beefy

Yep...

I think im gonna have to order a new kit. I would just get replacement pins but I can not seem to locate replacement pins. Just clips, cables, and scuff plates.

I already ordered a kit from Summit. Was $14.20. I am mainly just after new pins and clips. Just gonna use my current lanyards and scuff plates.

Not to bad of a lose on money. GF is paying for the torison clips I purchased since she was the cause of the issues haha.
