Custom Hood Stripes Decals

My friend just got Custom Hood Stripes on the front of my hood for my birthday that say "Stang" on both sides. It's black around the letters with see through letters to match the paint.

What do you guys think of this?

I have chrome wheels right now and chrome mustang letters on the back, but if I had them both black would this look alright?

I want honest opinions

tough situation. I would feel bad if I didn't put them on b/c they were a gift, but I don't know how good it would look. Get some more pics of your car in this thread and someone might be able to photoshop it in.

I hate it when people buy stuff for your car, but heres a picture similar to what that looks like. The second pictures shows a silver stripe.

I think it's a bit tacky. MAYBE if the text was the Mustang script that matched the stock floor mats and dashboard but probably not.

If you had a special editon and the hood had some scratches and you wanted to cover up ...

Are you friends feelings worth a few hundred? Get a back up hood and put them on that lol
