yeah its going from 26in to 8in. I decided to get the 8, I looked online to see if I could find a blue car with an 8in antenna, and it looked ok.

did you see any change in radio reception? Also, how far away are you from the popular radio stations where you live?

I went with the 8" shorty and have noticed no change in reception whatsoever. My dad tried it on his van also to see if it would work ok and he got perfect reception with just the screw in.

I have the 8" off Americanmuscle.com. It looked great on my Sonic Blue V6 and it looks even better on my black Bullitt. There is no change in radio reception and it looks o much better than that CB antenna they gave us stock. LOL

I was thinking of getting the Knight Rider light in my hood scoop, but somebody already did it up here.

We used to have a really nice burgandy one around here. The guy did over $9000 worth of engine work. He had it custom painted with new chromes rims and everything. Wrapped it around a telephone pole the first day it was completely finished.

Lesson: Do not try to take turns on a busy street at 50 mph in a car when you are not used to the power yet.

PS - Do you have a clip of your exhaust? You have SLP LM right?
