I have a 2001 v6 and hood pins seem like a good cheap appearance mod, but where does the hood pin post mount under the hood?

dont get me wrong, I think stuff like that looks cool, but IMO that would be kindof corny on a stang with no mods, especially a v6 stang, im not tryin to piss ya off, im just warning u of the reactions u might get

I recommend u wait until u have some mods, lol.

yall dont have to be such @$$ holes! basically you just aquare them off with a metal sheat that is already there under your hood. and the track down here requires them to be run on any car that runs there. dont know why? but they do. and seriously its just one persons oppinion. and it does only cost $30

You are required to have them at the strip I run at if you run below a 14.5 which isn't that fast.

are you planning on getting actual hoodpins or are you just going to get the imitation stick-on hoodpins?
