all you have to do is get the bulb that the projector says to get instead of getting a 9007 hid kit..it would be like an h13 or something..i want to see somone do it though..i think it would be bad cuz i have a 10000k hid kit in my car and i would get projectors if it works..and no hids use almost half less heat..mine werent at all hot like the haloogens.and i bought the 189 high and low kit..all it does is go up and down..

the thing is with those "HID" wannabes that work off 85-105 watts like APC and eBay bulbs. Those will melt the housing, wires and be less bright than factory bulbs. The "HID" conversion kit takes care of all that. The problem is the fitting into projector. That's why you can't fit the H13 stock into projectors, size. HID are ultimately cooler by 30% from halogen.
