Vinyl Stripe Removal Pt.2

Here's what I have to work with.

Heat gun and pulling was a no go. Any methods of getting this off?

spray some soapy water and heat it up?

heat is the main ticket... how much heat was being applied? for how long?

Heat is the way to go

Or if you have a die grinder or drill you can get one of these eraser wheels, and i can gaurentee it will take it off. Just keep moving with it or you will burn the paint, and there will be glue residue left over.

This kind with the bunch of flaps, is more forgiving about the burnt paint thing, but it takes alot longer to get vinyl off with this kind.
