2010 Faux Gas Cap
This summer I am planning a rear-end makeover, and I want to add a faux gas cap like the ones found on the 05+ Mustangs. A problem I have is that the 05-09 caps have the key-lock hole in the top, and I don't want that... So I need a 2010 cap. After searching, I found two here:
Mustang V6 Decklid Emblem Pony Logo Mustang V6 Decklid Emblem Pony Logo But they seem pricey to me. I could get an 05-09 for $45 on ebay... Maybe I came across a great deal at partscheap.com, but if anyone knows where I can find one for less, I would appreciate if you could tell me. Thanks. |

The 2010 caps haven't hit ebay yet. And the 05-09 have the key hole in the top
 This is difficult.

You COULD go to a dealer if you needed it NOW. but, your going to overpay a lot. the 10's are becoming more popular so give it some time and they'll be hitting the yard soon enough.

Yeah there will be some rich idiot who has or will total a 2010 soon. Just call all your local auto wreckers and have them call you if one comes in

I want to put it where my plate is mounted and then shave my bumper and put the plate on the bottom bumper like on the new 05+ Mustangs.

Really, I think the back end on the 2010 is hideous. I was behind one today and just about yuked up my frosted flakes.

I don't either, but i think that's what he's going for. Also I would never get one of those kits as I'm sure there shit quality lol. I just thought I should post it for shits and giggles
