Two Tone Paint Jobs

i think im going to stick with just the top or leave it how it is now.

how it sits now except i have black rims

I think our cars should be left alone with multi colored/two tone paint... Other than trim accents our cars look just fine minus the factory orange peel and 4x4 stance.

Edit: Black wheels (deep in thew rear), black spoiler and a chin spoiler would be tits! Oh, and smoked headlights/tails. Grill delete wouldn't hurt.

I think you should follow along the body line and do the entire hood and top of the fenders. Just remember to put a stripe between the two. Two-tones look cheesey without them.

I did the entire hood first, and it looked like I bought a hood and was too cheap to paint it the color of the car. Lol

You can't go wrong with two tone on a new edge, but how's the quality of your current paint? It COULD look funny with a fresh coat on top of faded or diminished paint, but by the look of your posted picture you're not going to have that problem.

If it was me I'd do a black top like in the pics in this thead and leave your hood how it is. It's gonna look SICK!

p.s. - slam it and get a mach 1 chin spoiler too and you're done.

This is an older pic, it s the only one that really shows the hood so i posted it. The paint on it now is rough, the clear is peeling off and since i lived in Wyoming for a year the hood now has rock chips. The whole car is getting painted. The car is now lowered as well, with the addition of my k member i got coil overs, (still need to do the rear) but im working on the turbo right now then i will do rear suspension. I might consider leaving the hood like that with a black roof.... ill have to look into it.
