Spay Paint on Cai

I decided to spaypaint 3.8 on my cai with engine enamle about a month ago and it didnt turn out good. I just want to get the cai looking back to normal, so ideas on how to get this off? I though of sanding it off then buff it, but I dont have the tools to buff it.

Paint the whole thing

I noticed the plate holding my CAI to the fender is rusting so I'm worried about the rest of it. Mine is probably going to get painted this summer. Don't forget clear coat and wetsanding. Make it shiney!

you could try this stuff from autozone called aircraft paint remover or something along those lines. its supposed to take anything off

sand off the old paint and repaint it

I recommend Goof Off.

I'm guessing you only used primer and a rattle can, so you should be able to "peel off" the paint per say.

The surface should still be the same, unless you sanded first, then applied the paint. In that case it'll never be back to normal since the surface has been changed.

Try a rag soaked in thinner, and just rub on it. Spray paints arent catalyzed, so it should rub right off.
