undo the 4 bolts. If you have subframes then there might be bolts under the car too.

If it's the rear you will need to pull up slightly on the bottom seat cusshion. You will see a plastic button under each seat that you need to push with a screw driver. That will remove the bottom cushion. Then you will see the bolts that hold the back of the cushion in.

And after that, they come out the door. If its a Passenger side seat, take it out of that door. Drivers side seat? Driver's door. It's just easier that way, I promise.

fyi.

I had tojack mine up, take the wheel and brakes off, spray them with brake clean, reattach, take out the left blinker and point the passenger side mirror to its lowest. after which it came right out the door. Seemed like a GM proccess to me..

I almost had to do that (minus the mirror) to get the spark plugs out of my S10 I had. Then I put a 6 inch lift and 33X12.5 MTs on it... and could reach in the wheelwell for access to the plugs.

Actually it was the same story as my Nova too..

Thanks K!
no problem

HA. If you dont follow all of the retarded GM steps you're likely to split your block and loose a testicle. Depending one which hand you write with.

We're talking about the rear seats or front? I am confused.

And do I really need a rear seat delete kit if I take them out?
