Does anyone know where i can find these? Or a how-to to make them?

do you mean projectors? i have never heard of a glare shield, unless you mean the little thing thats in front of the bulb, that just came with my lenses.

they're still bright now matter what. the glare shield just keeps the light all together instead of being scattered everywhere.

pop open the housings and paint the top reflectors if you want....all i know to do here

Your reflector housings scatter light everywhere and it's not useful. It scatters the light way off the side of the road and way into the air. You then have to aim the main part of the beam down where you don't need it. With projectors and glare shields, you take all that scattered light (wasted light) and actually use it. OP, check eBay or make your own. That's where I got mine from.

I have another question.. Each light stream has a rectangle shape on the stop of it. Is there anyway to get rid of that?
