Inside help!!! 2 questions...

Ok. I was driving down the road and had the sun visors down and when I put them back up, i noticed those ugly warning stickers HAHA. So as I'm driving down the street, I'm trying to peel the SOB's off. Now I'm stuck with the drivers side four corners ripped off and some of you are probably laughing at me by now. I pull over and made it worse... Now I'm stuck with some gay visors... BADLY gay... How can I get the little buggers off!!!???

I'd like to get the usual interior parts painted the color of my car... Like the console and the gauge cluster panel... Is this an easy at home project or is it just better to take it to a paint shop to get charged up the butt for something easy... Tips???

Use a hair dryer and heat up the stickers. It should loosen the glue so you'll be able to get them off easier. And the painting.. You can do it yourself, but you need practice before jumping into something like that. I think it would be a good idea to stop by a junkyard and see if you can get some interior pieces out of some vehicles (try to get some really cheap ones, you'll probably mess up a time or two before you get the hang of it). PM Zatrekaz for info on painting your interior. He paint his ENTIRE interior (hell he even did the seats a week ago) and it looks amazing.

I just did this yesterday and sugjest bringing it to a shop... the pieces are primed up now and ready to be blocked / painted tonight... I work in a shop and it took us 5 hours to prep them up nice... gonna have nice stuff in the end but it is very time consuming...

A shop will get you the best results of course, but it can be done with GREAT results at home as well. A lot cheaper also.

Go one eBay and buy some of the funny warning stickers to cover your torn up old ones.
