hood spacers and cobra grill delete

i just swapped out my stock 99 bumper to a termi bumper and now i cant close the hood all the way. how and where do i put the hood spacers? do i just use regular washers to raise the hood? also, now i cant use bottom lip of the grill delete. is there another bottom lip that fits? because i like the look of it

also between my fog lights and the bezel, there is a little bit of space in between them. is it supposed to be like that?

As for the fogs/bezels... mine are like that as well, so I assume its suppose to be like that.
