How do you remove 98-04 interior panels?

Ok well I went to the how-to sticky and the removing interior panels was only for 05+ so my question is how do you take off things like the interior piece behind the door latch, the thing you hold to open the door from the inside (the little hole sorry don't know what to call it) and I have removed the piece around the shifter is the piece around the radio just as easy? I just basicly want to know where the clips are located on these items or if anything is screwed in. Thanks all.

the part around the door handle just pops out if you put something behind it like a flat blade screwdriver. And the part with the switches has a clip on the bottom at the rear of it and the top just pops out

Awesome thanks. I want to paint them but have no idea what color. I don't want to do silver like my car I was thinking a dark blue or something maybe a dark grey almost like the color of your car. Havent decided yet... But thanks for the help.

Silver Car + Black Interior + Blue Interior trim = pure win.

If you need any help painting, removing parts, or almost anything dealing with the interior shoot me a PM and I would be glad to help. I painted every single piece of my interior.
