I like it a lot, the white stripe in the seat is a nice touch. And one quick question, how hard was it to put the leather on? I should be getting the leather upholstery that i ordered by monday or tuesday, and ive got the cloth removed but ive heard that putting leather on is quite difficult.

I also hear that it was a PIA so I just bought new seats. Those are the seats out of a Mach 1.

The only thing that might help is to leave the covers out in the sun and let them warm up and expand. Heard that helps make it easier

Looks good man. I want leather seats so bad...

If you don't mind me asking, how much did they run you?

I bought leather upholstery from a cobra with about 25k miles. They were $400 for the leather, and $50 for shipping. Ill let you know how the install goes once im done, but considering all that you have done to your car, i dont think it would be to hard for you.

Be sure to keep us updated. I dont know, I am always surprised when something I think will be quick and easy turns into a long drawn out project.

ya they are I think I have seen the regular GT seats for around 500, The main reason I went that this way is because all the upholstery shops quoted me close to 1k for all the work I wanted done. I figured I could spend less and upgrade the seats.

What kind of work were you lookin to get done? I have considered just getting mine covered in a black fabric.

They quoted me a flat rate no matter what material I wanted to use unless I wanted real leather then it would go up. I was looking at getting the front seats as well as the rear recovered. The front drivers seat however needed some re-cushioning done in order to make it comfortable again. I still have to get the headliner done but I didnt get any quotes on that.
