Wheels

New to this stuff. I wanted to get some 20" wheels "Dvinci Ragno" for my 'tang. I am being quoted roughly $2300 out the door with tires. Good price or not? Also, anything I should be aware of with the larger tires? Also, the recommended tire size is 255/35 20. What would be a good low profile size? Thanks!

edit: and 2300 is rediculous unless they come with drag slicks

I have a 2006 Pony package V6. I want as low of a profile without conflicting with my speedometer. Is $2300 really that high? That is about the average of what I have been getting.

lol really i dont know anything about the brand your talking about but if i wanted 20s. (which i would only do on a 05+) i would get foose rims

i guess i am not thinking straight because 20s are pretty expensive...

i guess if you're getting GOOD GOOD tires to go w/ than your getting a pretty good deal..

the price just caught me off gaurd because my rims only cost 500 where my tires ran me 150 a piece so

2300 is high for wheels and tires, theres so many other good looking wheels and tires out there for less, but if you really like these and think its worth the money then go for it

Yeah, $2300 is way high of a price. I can get 4 Foose Nitrous 20" Chrome wheels with Nitto tires for $2K.

If you lower the car you will want high profile tires on 20" wheels. You might want to consider getting 18" wheels so you can have a fatter tire.

Well, here is an update of sorts. I got the wheels. They will be in today or tomorrow. I got them for $1700 out the door. I initally did my shopping around at 3 stores but then I spent all Sunday looking, calling and going to about 20 different places. I had two places battleing it out because they both had best price guarentees. 20" chrome with changable inserts new design dvincis for $1700 out the door isn't that bad, I think!

Lowering is next. Looking at some springs. Thanks to DaemonJ. Got some tips and I am looking into buying them. Pictures will come soon! After lowering, it is time for paint!

Damn it Micron! Now you ruined the second part of the joke. It was funnier when he didn't get it.
