Rims

k...so I REALLY want these rims:

except for the fact that I kinda really had my heart set on getting chrome rims of some kind. These are polished, and although they look nice and shiny right now...are they gona lose their shine after a while? or can i polish it up to keep it looking awesome forever? Maybe if i wax them...?

they're also a little more money than what I was hoping to spend originally so if anyone would have any links or suggestions for some good cheap rims, that'd be awesome too.

they have rim polish to help keep em all shiney, and if your not using them in extreme temps or in salt and shit, they should be ok

define "extreme temps"...like just in winter?
and does a plished finish look almost as nice and shiny as chrome, or is it a very noticeable difference that makes it look kinda cheap?

cus i'm also considering these, which are chrome...

I'm having trouble deciding between either super cool design or super shiny.... =\ I need some input...

Just out of curiousity, why are you buying 16" wheels?

I like the second ones, but I'd get 18". To me 16" wheels on a Stang look too little.

cus I don't wana spend the extra cash on 17" or 18". and I think 16" is fine...I honestly find 18" to be too much rim, not enough car. it's just overdoing to me...i guess my tastes are a little weird lol
and hey its better than the ugly as shit stock 15"s...I hate those!

What year and type of Mustang do you have? Your stock wheels should either be 16" or 17". I don't think they came with 15". Personally I think 16" wheels look stupid, but maybe things are different up there in Canada. I don't really understand the not enough car part since wheels don't change the size of your car, but

i have a '94 V6...i'm pretty sure the stock rims are 15". or so i thought =\ lol i never actually checked...
i know it doesnt change the size of the car lol..i just mean like...I find that getting too big of a rim kinda takes away from the car, cus all you see/look at is rim. The car should be the center of attention, not the rims that are on said car...rims are only there to compliment the car that already is.

well that's how I see it anyway...

I agree, that's why if you have a nice car, like a Mustang, you shouldn't get understated wheels like 16".

I'm just messing with you. Get whatever you like. For someone that likes low key wheels, both your choices are pretty flashy. LOL

which kinda really sucks......cus fuck I want those rims....

Oh.
If you move up to at least 17" your option willopen up a lot more. That's the stock size on the 99-04 Mustangs.

Well I have to say for a Mustang owner you have some original taste. If I come across something I will put it here.
