bumper covers


how close do you guys think a 99 and up bumper cover will fit on a 98? I think it is close so i might order one from work and do some test fits to see. what do you all think?

It would take some pretty good modifications to fit but I don't see any reason why it would be totally impossible. If you are willing to put in plenty of hours and LOTS of planning you can probably do it.

Don't mess up though otherwise you might have to buy another bumper cover.

you will need new headlights (for the bumper year selected) and fenders to mate to the bumper. the hood may not line up either.

Yah I just thought of this last night, are you talking about the rear or the front bumper cover???......

same for the rear, you will need to replace the taillights, possibly trunk lid, and quarter panels to line it up
