Whenever I go over 80MPH, the wind starts whistling between the windows and weather stripping. Anybody else have this problem?

if it is, either your window isn't going all the way up or your weather stripping is going bad.

A door adjustment may take care of it as long as the weatherstrip itself isn't torn or messed up. Try moving the door latch striker in about 1/16" or so and see if it helps.

most of the time is the Weather Stripping leaking take a piece of
paper or a thin piece of car board run it between the door and the body and see if u have gaps
olsa do a visual inspection of the weather striping and see if u have flat spots or rips in it also a way to it is with a smoke gun u have some one on the out side look while u run the smoke on the inside along the whether striping if smoke comes out the other side then the w/s is
