smoked and underglow

im looking to buy a nice pair of smoked headlights (my tent is falling off mine) and a underglow kit i only want to get them off ebay and dont want to spend too much so any thoughts?
id also like to know how hard it is to put in HID lights

for headlights go to ebay, just seal them good. I'm not giving any input on underglow for specific reasons, and for HID's DDMtuning is a cheap but high quality brand. And HIDs are plug n play. Hope this helps
