interior


i'm having my buddy paint my interior pieces, i got all of them off except for the big one around my head unit and climate control.... i took the 2 screws out and got the top of it popped out but the rest won't come? do i have to take out my radio and cd player to get it out or do i just use a little more force? cuz i don't want to break the thing!!! thanks guys

I believe you have to take out the stereo, and inside there is a screw or something holding it there from the inside of the dash that you'd have to undo.

hell mine just comes off...but agian yours is the SN95's so im not sure?

u gotta take the plasic around the shifter off and take the radio out so that u can get to a bolt that has an odd shaped head that is attached to a beam that goes across the back of the dash

look real close at the black trim piece in the upper left corner, there is a piece that goes straight back and thats what im talking about


yea i had to replace the heater core on my car... it was a bitch

wow, that looks like fun... the only problem i've come across with taking all of the pieces off to paint is the way they fit afterwards. just doesn't seem like they fit the way they should, maybe i should have been more careful taking them off! i don't have the little "keys" to get the stereo out though, is it hard with a coat hanger or don't you know?

yea i used a coat hanger for mine 2, and yea they are the bitchyist of bitchy, even worse than replacing a clutch buy myself or a blown head gasket... damn my car is falling apart lol

yea my driver side door bezel with the mirror and window switched doesnt fit all that snug anymore ha
