the krylon fusion clear coat is terrible for plastic lenses.... i found this out the hard way... Like stated before, it comes out dull, a bit milky, and just overall shitty... DO NOT USE IT!
Krylon Crystal Clear Gloss Clear Coat on the other hand is a great product for lenses and has not failed me once.

you sanded with way too low of a grit... 2000 grit should be your finishing grit... You should also be sanding in one direction. Not in the swirling motion you did. Also, did you try to hand buff these out? because it looks like no type of compund/polish was used to try and get any of the scratches out
