duplicolor spray


well its finally happened fender bender got me on the rear bumper on the corner and left 3 nice paint lifting scratches so my question is, the duplicolor spray cans do they actually match the factory paint if i get my color? also what preperation needs to be done besides sanding? please any help would greatly be appreciated!!!!

Pictures of the damage? Patching up paint is not easy and I have yet to be able to do it with rattle cans. If the damage is too bad for a "touch up pen" or whatever to cover, then you're probably going to need to repaint the whole piece to get a nice finish. And Duplicolor Perfect Match is probably to closest you're going to get without getting the paint from Ford (if they even sell it).

No its not easy Im planning on converting to dual exhaust soon anyway and was hoping to find a take off gt bumper or something but cant seem to find any

Keep an eye on CL and ebay. Also, call up some local junkyards and see what they have laying around. Worst case scenario, AM carries GT bumpers for like $215.
