Just installed my new clear corner smoked headlights along with a ddm 6000k hid kit. Next week I'll be putting in crystal clear glass smoked fogs with a matching 6000k hid kit.

*Update* got my fogs installed

How hard is it to install the HIDs??

Thanks! It's really simple. Took about an hour and that was mostly hiding wires.

That really looks sick, I need new headlights anyways and I'm thinking about going with the smoked so I'm thinking of getting some HIDs while I'm at it...

HIDs are always the first mod i do to any car...i can't use halogens lol

as for the fog lights..i had the 6k head 3k fog combo on my silver GT and it's pretty dang sexy

+1 on 6er. i did that to my armada and i love it. i dont have a car without HIDs except my Camaro. it just wouldnt be right.

i would but the HIDs aren't in the GT anymore...

Would you go with that combo with a DSG?

I'm trying to figure out what combo I want go with to get the best look with the DSG color.

for headlights the standard ballasts are fine...but for the fogs i reccomend the slim ballasts...the bulb size is 880 for the fogs and 9007 for the headlights...

Color temp is just personal preference. I wouldnt go any lower than 6000k. I wanted white light with a hint of blue, which is exactly how they turned out. I got the 35w and they are very bright even through the tinted heads. Only bad thing about DDM is that they ship from China so they take a while to come in.
