Question for Plastidippers
I've noticed a recent boom of Plasti-dip and it seems like pretty sweet stuff.
I've got a few questions though. 1. How easy is it to peel off? 2. Can you use it on chrome? 3. Will it harm chrome finish on wheels? I'm thinking about doing this on my chrome cobra rs but I don't want to ruin them if I decide to do that. The chrome has grown on me but I've always wanted to see them black.

Its easy as hell to peel off but durable if left alone. yes it can be used on chrome and no it wont damage anything. Ive been using it for a few years on past vehicles and chrome.

Thanks bud. Post some pics if you do it. About 1 can per wheel. There is a write up somewhere around here by someone who did their wheels on a s197.

Plus if you want them a little more shiny than the flat black look, you can clear coat it after they dry good.
