Calipers..how do I make this look good?

I recently painted my calipers, but as you can see the back of the break pad that shows is dirty...those spots won't come off. The bottom one is clean, but I can't get the top one clean. Know of anything that could work? I was thinking about painting it black but I don't think that would look as good as it would just being cleaned.

Also, should I paint inside the lip, like around those 6 prongs?

I saw polished calipers on a thread I think.. or just online.. they had chrome covers that insert in the holes. Maybe they make red ones.. or you could spray them. Try to find those. Ill look quick now.
